[Info] Some changes to the blog

Okay, I played around with some design settings and was finally able to figure out some stuff.

• First of all download links should be working now.
• I added a header and site navigation with pages. 
• I also opened the comment section so everyone can post now. Please feel free to do so. 
• Sidebar implemention
• Removed top post because it was way too big

I think that's enough for now to make the site a little bit more presentable.
